Hi Everyone well after a really crappy travel day that lasted from 8 in the morning untill 1.30am the following day we are safe and sound in our hotel in New York unfortunately Sammy has left her little blue clutch purse on one of the flights and normally it wouldnt be too much of a problem but the day before she had taken off all of her rings and yep you guessed it all in the purse so Sam is pretty upset but we are doing all we can to contact the airlines and look in the lost and found ( Fingers Crossed ) no word from our New York Greeter as yet but i will ring after 9 to see whats going on there as well, no pictures today as its 2am here and i havent taken any pics yet obviously, really hope all is well back there, and lets all hope and prey that that bag is found.
Trish i may send or ring you with the flight details and let you do your thing from your end as im not sure how successful i am going to be here due to the phone logistical problems i am going to face!

ReplyDeleteIt was so good ot hear from you this moring, even if i was a bit croaky. I loved hearing about New york and the people places and sights, and im so excited to hear all of your stories and see lots of photo's when you get back.
Dad, i looked up that place we saw on TV with the huge burgers, its called Katz's Delocatessen New York and the address for it is 205 East Houston Street New York, NY 10002. I hope you guys get a chance to go there, it looked so cool on TV!
I hope you guys have a lovely day, im off to clean my room and then do the food shopping, and dad, cassie is coming over tongiht to practice her handball skills for when you get back, be prepared.

So sorry to hear about the rings. Hopefully all will turn out ok. We'll keep hoping, praying and wishing for you Sam. You know the best therapy I have found when I'm really sad is to find the nearest quilt shop and go in there and start literally sniffing all the fabric. You gotta hold it in both hands wrap it around your nose and face and take in big full inhale sniffs, like you have just found the most delightful smelling thing on the planet,I swear it has magical powers and will make you feel better!! If I was there I would take you myself & we'd have a marvelous time sniffing all the fabric but since I'm not there Ralfy I'm relying on you to make it happen!!
